Registration

Advance web registration is open. After 30 June 2008 the conference fees (in Canadian Dollars) are as follows:

• Regular registration: $450
• Student registration: $250
• Invited speaker registration: $300

Advance registration deadline is Monday, 11 August 2008. Walk-in registration is possible, but the meals cannot be guaranteed due to catering requirements.

If you have been awarded a conference fee waiver award please use only the paper registration form.
